Founder and President 

Rob has organized and led global business forums for the past 16 years and has traveled extensively (to more than 50 countries) where he networks with businesses who are transforming communities and individuals. The Global Business Leadership Center was launched with a focus on transformational Immersion Programs, Leadership Training Programs and Global Forums for businesses, students and leaders globally. Rob has led 100’s of global training programs and leadership development programs in more than 40 countries.

Dr. Simpson’s academic and professional work has focused on the principles of leadership, social enterprise and the creation of societal transformation models. 

In his previous roles he led organizational transformation processes in areas of program innovation, fiscal sustainability and ethics/values training. His past roles include: The Salvation Army (Officer), The Acton Institute and Associate Provost at Cornerstone University and Olivet Nazarene University, where he served as the Dean of Global Initiatives and Innovative Strategies.

Global Logistics Coordinator

Claudia works close with our oversea contacts to coordinate the logistics for the Bglobal Studies experiences. She has been on over 95 Bglobal Studies immersion experiences and has visited over 50 countries in her travels.

Claudia brings significant skills to communicating with the team on logistics and getting the most out of their global immersion experience. Claudia has held leadership roles with The Salvation Army and currently serves as the Logistics Coordinator on the Global Business Leadership Team.
